Sr. Product Designer — NYC

O/M is a multidisciplinary studio specializing in product design. We work collaboratively and iteratively as a team to solve complex problems for companies of all sizes. This includes everything from designing products from scratch to growing and expanding established products for some of the most innovative companies on the planet.

As a Senior Product Designer, you are excited by big challenges. You’ll lead the design and vision of projects from kickoff to final handoff.   • Lead a team to create world-class user experiences for the most innovative companies on the planet
  • Plan and lead user research efforts, including interviewing stakeholders and users and conducting usability studies
  • Partner with a project manager to plan and achieve project goals

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience designing digital products
  • Passion for solving hard problems

  • Coding, writing, research or other related skills not required but great to have
