Studio Coordinator

O/M is a multidisciplinary studio specializing in product design. We work collaboratively and iteratively in small, independent teams to solve complex problems for companies of all sizes. As a design-led company, we offer end-to-end services to our clients. This includes everything from designing products from scratch to growing and expanding established products for some of the most innovative companies in the world.

About the Role

As a Studio Coordinator, you’ll thrive if you…

  • Have 1+ year of experience providing administrative support in a business environment and working closely with company leadership
  • Are skilled at managing logistics and have great attention to detail
  • Enjoy being the oil in the machine, recognizing opportunities for improvements and executing independently to make things happen
  • Have experience:
    • Event planning
    • Coordinating travel
    • Creating and managing spreadsheets
    • Scheduling
    • Presenting and making announcements to a team
    • Keeping track of tasks using task management software
    • Managing social media (nice to have)
  • Are interested in a growth trajectory towards greater impact and responsibility within People Ops

  • You’ll get to work on and propose your own studio projects. In the past we’ve launched products like Howfresh.co, developed our own UI kit, created custom swag, and organized hackathons
