Our focus on crafting inclusive user experiences is unusually narrow for an agency. This allows us to eliminate distractions so that we can do our best work.

Competitive salary
Competitive salary that is not adjusted based on location. Bonus opportunities, including an annual bonus of 2-3% of your salary.

Paid time off
In addition to 2 weeks of paid time off, which scales with tenure, we offer 5 additional mental health days, 20 studio holidays, paid sick time, and sabbatical leave after 5 years.

20% time
Up to 8 hours per week to connect with teammates and work on projects outside of your day-to-day.
Equipment stipend
$5,000 to spend on your ideal home office setup.
Coworking credit
$250 a month to put towards a coworking space.
Continuing education
$1,000 a year in reimbursements for professional development.
Parental leave
3 months of paid parental leave and an additional unpaid 3 months of leave.
